So this is just for a pair meaning its either for the front or the rear right? so which is it, front or rear?

Also which model years would this fit for on the T4R? 4th Gen or 3rd?

Seeing as the interested buyers are all 3g owners I will deduce that this upgrade is for the 3rd gen.
