Tune Scroll Button Not Working

Purchased a 2011 Limited that needs some work, the Tune Scroll button was not sitting right and it wasn't functioning correctly, for example, it would not scroll up but if I turned it multiple times to the left it would scroll down here and there. Not a big deal but the audio settings are all over the place, just trying to get everything back to the center.

Can the green part in the picture be replaced or fixed or do I need a new radio?

not sure if it could be replaced since its sold as a unit. Just replace the head unit with a used one. They're fairly cheap, could probably upgrade to a different year model.
