Tune Up

Hi, Im new to the forum and sorry for not joining sooner. I could use some advice. I purchased a 2004 4 runner sport used with 40k miles. It now has 125k miles and running a little slower.... I have heard I need a tune up so I thought this was the best place for questions and advice. What changes should I make to get more engine power out of my truck. I always change oil every 5k miles. My cabin filter was just changed and my tires are new too.
Im looking at new plugs and wires I guess, but I was also told to get the fuel filter changes to improve pick up.... what maintenance should I do at this point?

This is the last service interval listed on the guide, which is the 120K miles interval... might want to have a gander at it...

um not sure what you mean by tune up and more power. there's no more power to be had unless your truq was seriously neglected.

just follow the manual and maybe just to a clean flush on ALL fluids to give you peace of mind.
