New Tires! At 65K and still running the original Dunflop AT20's?
I'd also highly recommend the 60K Toyota maintenance service. This replaces brake fluid, radiator flush, cabin air filter, engine air filter, fuel filter among other things. Check an online Toyota service department, they'll have a list of the scheduled maintenance intervals.
You can do most of this stuff, have a local reputable shop do it, or Toyota will take your money. I think it is around $379 from the dealer. Price may vary.
