Turn Signal Help!

I have an 87' 4runner. It has the bar style off road bumper

(similar to this Imageshack - 1200611k.jpg )

With this bumper, there is no place to attach the original turn signals.

Im wondering if there is a way to turn the running lights into running light/turn signals?

Change the sockets so you can use dual filament bulbs.
