Turn signal in mirrors SR5

Maybe a dumb question but I have an SR5 without the side turn signals in the mirror......can I add them to my current mirrors? Like The Retrofit Source sells a kit, can I add that to a mirror that didn’t come with them or do I need to buy a whole new housing?

You’ll need new mirror housing which has the turn signals and a wire harness kit.
