turn signals just stopped working

93 toyota 4runner,turn signals just quit working.hazards work just fine bought a new signal stat and still same problem.bought a turn signal unit from junk yard plugged it in still same problem,have one fuse in box on drivers side kick panel that has no power to it.lid is missing so i don't know which fuse it is.any ideas please help!!!!

If your hazards work, and replacing the stalk cluster didn't help, it's almost certainly a fuse.

The turn signals and hazards share the same flasher unit, so if one works the unit is good.
There is a TURN fuse and a HAZ-HORN fuse.
