Twin Cities "Shops" (independent) that do mods...?

Does anybody know of an independent shop or mechanic with access to a lift in the Minneapolis area that will do some simple mods for cash? I'm talking FJ springs, Pro Comp shocks/struts, Daystar 2.5/1.5, wheels and tires...and while he's in there hang new pads and rotors? I have all of the parts. I "DIY" some stuff but I neither have the time nor the appropriate (read...heated) space for all of this.

Just look for an asian run shop on university in St. Paul. The guy I used to use when I spent most of my time in St. Paul has closed his shop.
