While working on my dual sport ride, I checked part of the ride route with the 4Runner.

Low Bridge Road included mud holes that filled the engine compartment for a second. I sat on this bridge watching the water drain.

Those are some cool pictures. I like those lights mounted on your grill. It gives your truck a nice look!

Cool pics and foliage. Where were these taken? "Ozarks" covers a lot of area.

I have a ride in the Ozark National Forest each year. The 4Runner is an important tool I use to locate new areas for ride routes. My favorite search aids are the US Forest Service maps and my Garmin GPS unit.

Yes, the Ozark National Forest covers a big area too. However, so does my annual ride.

I live in the Ozarks on the Missouri side and that first picture looks like the road up to my house. The Ozarks have great winding roads for driving the Z and you "need" the 4runner when it snows. Great Pic's

So basically you were in the "general" vicinity of Ozark, Ark. Beautiful area.

Ahhhh, Yes, highway 23. Are "most" of the trails single track or are you able to run/scout them first in your 4Runner? Sounds like a blast. I used to ride "trials" long ago on a modified Husky.

There are hundreds of miles of wonderfully fun Forest Service roads and barely improved county roads to 4X4 along in the Ozarks National Forest. Heck, I find similar "roads" in every National Forest.

I was up in the Ozarks too, less than 2 weeks ago...northern Arkansas, specifically, and southern to middle Missouri...the Runner loved those steep hills, and we did too!
