Two Questions

1: When I am blastin' my music, my fron passenger side mid range, in the door, will cut out sometimes. I noticed its mainly when I'm bumpin' out with my sub cranked. It cuts in and out going over bumps and when the sub hit really hard. I assume that this is a cause of bad wiring, or connection. Where should I check first? and if I find the wires and connections are good, whats next?

2: If i have the volume down or even on "00" when I excellerate i can hear this high pitch wine, it gets higher and louder the more RPMs added. What would cause this? and How the heck to I fix it? I'm not sure, but it might only be happening when my AC is on. Also it might only be when i'm using my Monster Cable Ipod adapter. I have to check with the radio and cd player. But I do believe it happens no matter what. even if the radio is turned off.

Please correct me if I'm wrong...

1) Too Loud! j/j. Check directly with the speaker connections and follow the wires all the way to the other side, making sure nothing is pinching it at any point. If that's ok, I'm not sure but maybe the speaker can't assume that amount of power?

2) It may be a bad ground, in which case you will need to relocate it to a better location. Another reason maybe the RCA's maybe too close to your power wire, then you should seperate them as far as you are able to.

#1 Sounds like the amp on that side may be going into thermal protection.

#2 Is alternator whine and requires a filter(large capacitor to ground or cap and choke combination) be installed on your 12volt power to the HU and Ipod adapter.
