Typical 60k Maintenance + towing Q

Hey all couple of quick questions,

My 03 is at about 58,000 miles so I am thinking it'll need a 60k tune-up. Wondering what all that should include? I know my honda suggests tranny fluid, oil change, carbon cleaning injectors and a few other things.

does the 4runner have a standard 60k maintenance plan?

Also I plan on towing with it in the near future. Not a lot of weight (2 waverunners), but I am wondering if I should take any precautions. Do I need any special type of axle care, or tranny fluid for extra cooling...things like that.
