with just a 1.5" lift you shouldn't need to replace anything all the alignment specs can still be obtained during a fresh alignment after install.
at 150k maintenance wise, you definitely want to make sure your gear oil in all your differential cases has been changed, transmission fluid change, check all ball joints and steering linkage for play or damage. Sway bar bushing replacement can freshen up a ride pretty well. Also check hub bearings for play indicating a need for new hub bearings. Brake fluid flush will keep your brake pedal tight and prevent a spongy brake pedal feel.
then just keeping up with the routine stuff like oil changes, new spark plugs, cleaning the throttle body as well as the MAF sensor, greasing the drive shaft and u-joints. you should be in good shape, if you have the V8 you'll want to make sure the timing belt has been replaced, with the V6 perhaps have a pressure test done on the cooling system to make sure you water pump is producing proper pressure, if there is a pressure drop it could indicate a leak in the pump so a possible water pump replacement could be in store if you have a V6.
these are just off the top of my head that I've maintained at 160,000 miles.
