any info on removing the front upper control arms? problems, issues, etc?

The main thing is getting the bolt to pass the inner fender when removing it. Its very long and keep the washer up against the arm when removing the bolt. I just had to slightly bend the inner fender a bit. Not a big deal. Just something to think of when you get to that point.

I had to remove the battery and move a sensor I presume was related to airbags out of the way to get the long arse bolt out. the passenger side was just the sensor. was more of a pita getting the ball joint loose. THAT I hated more than Hansen.

As stated it's just minor clearance issues. As minor as bending super thin metal out of the way or as extreme as moving a sensor out of the way pretty much.

Just dig in and it's simple mechanics.

As stated it is not hard to get it out. It is nice to have an extra hand when putting it back in as it is a long bolt and lining it up while holding the control arm with one hand is a pain

the right side has the AC line in the way.

They're not in the way. Only pull the bolt out, and don't try to pull the washer out with it. If you hold the washer to the uca you'll be able to slide the bolt out without removing anything with the AC lines. On the driver side all you need to remove is the battery, and one sensor. I just replaced mine a couple weeks ago, and didn't need to remove anything else.
