UCAs for OME?

Hey guys,

So i've been doing some more reading on the OME lift that I am planning on getting here in a month or so. :ybrick:

I plan on getting the 886s up front to deal with the Shrockworks bumper, sliders and V8 that I will have.

My question is, do I need to go ahead and invest in aftermarket UCAs as well and just do it all at once?

I have been reading about alignment and sway-bar rubbing issues with the heavy duty OME springs up front with the stock UCAs.

Will aftermarket UCAs remedy these alignment and sway-bar rubbing issues?

Go ahead and do them. Right about 2.5" front lift is when alignment gets tricky for caster IIRC.

Do it right the first time, your doing the rest.

No sway bar rubbing, UCA rubbing on some tires - which is why people run spacers. And depending on tire size, fender, and body mount rubbing.

I had my OME lift for a bit before I added Camburg UCA. No problems here.
