UFC 121: Cain Velasquez v Brock Lesnar

wow, just saw this one, no one was interested in this pre-fight?
not alot of MMA fans here apparently.
I know I made a thread on Fedor after he lost and he got some support from the guys here,
I guess Ill weigh in.
I was a little surprised at the outcome, I think Cain is a Really, Really good fighter and had a great game plan and executed it perfectly. There is no way that Junior Dos Santos who couldnt put away "Big Country" can beat Velasquez, he is too good all around.
As for Brock, he has always gotten by on his pure athleticism, speed and work ethic. I think Brocks first problem is he is too big for his camp. Watching UFC primetime it appears he has a bunch of good trainers around him, but the ultimate gameplan and compiling everything was all Brock. I think he would benefit from a camp with a bigger named trainer that Brock trusts that he would just listen to and not have anything to do with planning/strategy.
Brocks other problem was he couldnt keep Cain down/pinned and ground and pound him, ala every other opponent he has had. Cain made him look super slow, and we all know that isnt the case. Hes faster than some of the light heavys and Middleweights out there. I think this loss is good for him and its just going to motivate him to get even better and come back with a dominating performance and I think eventually he will win his title back. He has all the ingredients, he just needs to work on his striking/standup for the times he cant take people down and lay on them. And get some more experience.
