Ugh don't like how it looks!

So I installed the fjc trd bilstein shocks and coils on my 2006 4x sport v8. I also put in the 1/4" toytec front spacer. I took out the xreas, what a pain that was to remove the plumbing. I did not take the before measurement but the rear looks like it lifted a lot more than 3/4" but more like 1 1/4". I put in the 1/4" spacer because I am lazy and did not want to compress the coils for the larger spacers. The ride is much better now. How large of a spacer do you think I will need to level the suv?

Take measurements from the ground to the top and center of the wheel well on all 4 tires! Do it on a level surface!

Looks great so far. A little leveling here and there should make it look nice. Like venturefreq said make sure its on a level surface . Ill be watching your Runner progress as you and I have the exact same.

thanks, I have a toytec 2.5 spacer in the mail. I lifted the front with my floor jack and 2" seemed to level it. I will post new photos once that is installed. Larger tires will follow later this summer as my current stock dunlops wear out.

How long ago/miles did you install everything? Might take a little more time for the rear to settle out. Front will obviously settle quicker because of the extra weight. I have the V6, with FJ springs. Mine took about 1200 miles before I noticed any settling.

There is a lot of controversy on this subject. It seems there are a number of ways to reach the overall goal and the path to get there is different for everybody.

As far as spacers go with 1/4" spacer most people get 1/2" of lift. With 1/2" spacer most get 1" of lift.

FJ springs will add roughly 1/2-3/4" or so all the way around but will not change the rake.

I measured my stock truck and got roughly, (in the dark at work) 33.5" front and 35.5" rear. This leaves me with roughly a 2" rake from front to back.

Just on paper, you'd need approximately 2" of lift up front to be completely even. Depending on if you want to be even or have a slight rake is up to you.

Remember that it will settle over time (rear will settle slower) and all trucks have been driven differently over the years so not everybody will have the same results.

Ok I installed the toytec 3" spacer kit yesterday. Took me about 3hrs by myself. I wish I would have done this the first time around. currently from ground to fender is about 36" driver f & r 36.7 pax f&r. Needs a alignment bad. Debating on tire size 265/70/17 or 255/75/17. will wait till end of summer current set still have tread. spedertrax with new tires and if the rear sags I am thinking of the airbags to bring it up, I tow here and there.

after posting photos looks like pax side is higher so I checked the fjc coil color and sure as sh1t the green/grey is on driver side:ybrick: Looks like another 6pack and a couple hours of fun for me.
