Failed my Inspection this year. Ugh! But I think I go into these now expecting something, just not sure what, will get flagged. This year.....parking brake....what? :shrug: Apparently, parking brake actually has to work in some capacity. Its an automatic, I don't think I've ever tried using the parking brake. Well, guess this one is going in the, better this than the other 10 things it could of been, category. Looks like I'm adjusting the p brake this weekend!

Just try another place for the inspection... they may not even check it since it's an auto...

Same here in WV. Since mine is "Modified" it costs a little more ($28.00), but unless there's something serious amiss it passes every time, and no stupid emissions testing!

It's not unknown to have to stop a vehicle with the ebrake. I've done it.
