UGLY 4Runner SR5 "Motorsport"

Soccer mom parked by me today in one of these. Never had seen one before. Did these things come from the factory that way or does some 3rd party tack on the hood scoop, etc ?
Simply awful to my eyes.

Are u sure its an original sport edition model? There are some cheesy hood scoop off ebay.
