This happened on the interstate recently

Apparently the piece/bracket that holds the upper A ARM to the frame ripped off. What's the cheapest way to SAC it? No bells and whistles, just to make it a SAFE roller? Thanks guys, be careful with those independent fronts if you drive at highway speeds, scary and dangerous as fack.

The trail gear kit is 1200 assuming you've got and axle housing, shafts and driveline, plus the cost of labor if you can't do it yourself.

I'd almost tell people with solid fronts to be more concerned. They seem to fail more on-the-road than the ifs.

Toast a bearing on a solid front axle, that to worse will happen.

Suspension mishaps are just shitty. Ever hear of the ball joint failures on 1st gen Tacomas? I saw one happen in the middle of the road, one block from my house.

That beast would look sweet with a long travel IFS. Total Chaos?

The TG IFS eliminator kit has everything you need to the swap in one box except an axle housing.

You can also do a RUF (rears up front). Might be cheaper if you have some fabrication skills and will keep you closer to the ground.

Well, its been a while but I'm finally gainfully employed again and want to get my 4r back on yhe road.

What ALL would I need to have to take all the parts to the shop to have them do the work?
I'm gonna look at the long travel ifs too...
Really wanna get her back on the road!!
