Unable to Activate Toyota App Remote Services

I'm trying setup my Toyota App Remote Services for auto start feature etc. and at the stage where it says follow the instructions to activate my account.

However when following the instructions I do not see 'Communications' listed in step #3 below. Has anyone seen this before or knows how to activate this?

Not sure what year you have, but if you have the Safety Connect button which is by your Map Lights, you should have access to the Remote Services. You'll have to call in and register with Toyota if your app isn't linking or if you can't create a profile for your VIN on the toyota owner site. If you don't have that SOS button by the map lights then you most like just have a remote starter that requires your key fob, and none of the app controlled options.
