Unable to view photos & .pdf

Since the sofware update I have not been able to open links where the file is hosted by T4R.org. Is it just me?

This thread for example, when I click on it I get one very long page of characters. Here's a short example of what I see

Im sure its some sort of software update for your browser. I can see everything fine at my house but, when im at work I have the same issue as you, ill look into for ya.

Maybe its the internet explorer's pluggins and addons not configured correctly.
If you use firefox, you'll have the option to let windows program open or download it, like you can open it using windows photo viewer and set it as default so every time you try to click such attachment it will show.
The attachment above is a galactic gray, with i think 20 inch rims and brush guard.
