So I got new 4runner. I’m looking at the various different underbody rust proofing options. I live a few miles down a dirt road, in the Midwest. So in the winter it’s salt, and anytime it rains or basically all spring I’m driving in the mud. I try to hose the mud off the cars whenever I can, but it gets the car so dirty, all the time.
Anyone have any opinions on which product would do the best in these conditions? Seems like something that leaves a sticky residue would collect so much mud. Also, it would be hard to get back to a clean surface everywhere for an annual application.
I guess right now I’m leaning towards woolwax or fluid film vs NHOU.
