Uneven suspension

I think my new '06 4WD V6 SR5 Runner is awesome!

However, it sits about 1/2" or more lower in the rear driver's side. The dealer calculated 1/4" and said that is within variances and they say live with it. I've been told by other people it sits low on the driver's side.

My local shop didn't have specs for height, something they said they needed for computer height verification. But they agreed its leaning and suggested I wait about 7,000 miles until the suspension settles before attempting to correct the problem.

It leans regardless of the amount of gas in the tank.

Any similar issues anyone?

By the way, my lean was upto 1"+ and the problem seems to have been repaired.
