Uninstalling rearview mirror on 05 SE, how?

I have searched the forums and I cannot find any threads on how to remove the mirror, but many on how to install them. I am trying to remove my old rearview mirror and replacing it with the autodimming model. I can't seem to figure out how to get the old one off. I don't see any screws to loosen up all I see is a plactic cover on the windshield. I am affraid to move it back and forth too much as I don't need to break my windshield. Does anyone know how to remove this? Is there a button underneath to put the new mirror on or do I need to buy this? I thought the new models came with them but I am unsure. Thanks guys.

Just figured it out myself. In case anyone needs to know this, there is a little space at the bottom of the bracket that is against the window. Just put a flat head screwdriver up into it and it releases a little button. Then it releases the mirror. That easy. Now to install the autodimming mirror...
