Yes I did get a chance to look through that thread. There is definitely some ggod stuff there. However I ended up saying "screw trying to sell the old xreas" as it already had 80k on it and the rear shocks were not exactly pretty. So I ended up just ripping it out and making a huge mess! O well, it was a hell of alot easier.
