uninterrupted power source during starting

I want to set up my dvd player and headrest monitors on switched source (cig lighter circuit) but would like the power to be continous when the key is in acc and I crank the ignition. Would a capacitor do the job or do I need something else. If its a capacitor what size would I need?

hook the power side to the white wire with a green stripe in the ignition harness. Be sure to properly fuse the wire and properly ground the ground wire to the vehicle chassis.

Does anyone know what the wire it fused to? I don't think that a DVD player and 2 headrest monitors are going to draw much, but I just want to make sure that I'm not going to start to blow fuses.
