Universal joint question

Need help with my universals, I'm going to have them replaced. Are the ones below the correct ones for my 2001 SR5 2WD? Rock Auto states these are the correct ones for the front and rear, is that correct also?

You could have some faith in the listed part number and have them ordered by now.

There are any number of websites for auto parts stores that you can look them up on as well.

I replaced the rear-most U-joint with a NAPA brand. It had a bit of a play, as a result experienced a minor vibration. Found a OEM good used complete drive shaft and no free-play in any of the U-joints. No vibrations!

Agree, I got talked into aftermarket u-joints with the advantage being they had grease zerks so I could lube them myself. Horrible vibration.

This is one of those things that it is best to stick with OEM. Just get the factory sealed U-joints from Toyota they sell for the 2wd models.

I replaced mine with toyota parts, and it had grease fittings.

All the U-joints toyota made for Tacoma, Tundra, Land Cruiser, Hilux, etc, uses the same U-joint!

You're a big parts seller, so don't want to argue with you. All I know is the 2 wheel drive models don't have zerks. I can confirm this by photo on my 2wd sitting in garage if need be.

Yes you are right, thanks for pointing that out. I meant the size. 4x4 have the grease zerks.
