The only problem I see with this is they want you to "return" the engine to them if you have any problems. Unless you live in Oregon (where the seller is) it sounds like a lot of hassel to get them to work on your engine. Unless you have the means to simply pull the engine out of your runner, crate it and ship it... And I am betting they don't pay for shipping (at least not both ways). I am not saying its a bad buy, just saying that is a pretty crazy way to have your engine repaired.... but I guess it's worth it if you drive it till 300,000 miles and then it dies.
