Up Date on my new 4Runner

Just received a call from the dealer. They have a partial Vin number on my vehicle. This means it is currently being built right now, and I should have it by February 2007. I really did not think I would be waiting 5 months.
Right now I am a vehicle short and forced to ride the bus with stinky people. Wish I could Fed Ex this vehicle overnight!
Sort of a strange thought, but this brand new vehicle coming from Japan to America will have seen more of the world then I have.

Yeah, but it is "seeing the world" from the cargo hold of a ship and the inside of a rail car carrier. I would prefer to travel on a cruise ship and airplane.

Wow...what the hell did you order on your 4runner??!!:D Congrats on getting a partial VIN.

Getting part of the VIN is a step in the right direction. Your 4Runner will be seeing the world in a container with barely a centimeter of room on each side! :D

The only thing I ordered that was not part of a option package was the X-Reas. You would think on the Limited this suspension would be standard.

Agreed. This is weird that you have to special order one with XREAS. I guess the rich old people who buy 4runner Limited only want a cushy, body-rolling ride.:D

FYI-- I am pretty sure that all the 4Runner Limiteds sold in Canada are equipped with XREAS... it seems to be part of the Limited package. Options would include the Navigation system.

IDon't you drive a Mercedes?:bouncy:

You're kidding me...the MB is not nearly as smooth as a 4runner on-road...and it does not bodyroll...it just tips over on it's side!:D
