OK I have replaced the relay under the hood, bought another control panel and didnt work. I took it to a local dealership who had a 2005 exactly like mine took out the panel that works in the 2005 and only the clocks work put mine in the 2005 all works fine. any where else i can look at as to why nothing works on panel except clock

I would assume possibly some sort of data communication issue? I'd have to pull up the wiring diagram to see what you'd have to test, but it sounds like possibly either a power supply issue (I don't remember if the clock is separate from the rest of the unit wiring wise or not) and/or a communication with the what ever module supplies the data.

Wow... $650.00 for that part is RIDICULOUS. That same OEM part is available from VILLAGETOYOTAPARTS.com for $337.78 (part# 88650E):

Hope that helps!

I have been having the same issue in my car. Used your part number and just got one on Ebay for 30 dollars. Really hoping this solves it. If it does I owe you big time.

It was the 88650-35190 part that worked for me. I tried the control panel after finding a used one on Ebay for $150 but that didn't fix it. Found a used 88650-35190 on Ebay for $50 and ten minutes later my A/C & fan were working again!
