Upgrade headlights

I've got a '90 with sealed beam headlights. I would like to swap them out to the newer bulb style headlights like a '94. My question is in order to do the upgrade do I just need the headlights, grill, bulb sockets, and pigtails? Would I also need the parking lights? They look to be the same.

Are you meaing changing it from the sealed beam style front (top pick) to the composite style (bottom pic)?

^exactly what I mean! I don't like the look of the other aftermarket headlights. They always seem cheap to me. Plus the oem is glass not plastic. So I don't have to worry about fading.

I'd personally stick with the 7x6 and do a retrofit the composites really suck

I have the sealed style on my 92, personally I like the look better. I have aftermarket housing made for HID lights. This is what mine look like when they are off. I will try to find a pic with the lights on.
I know quite a few people also love their hella conversion housings as well.

I.plan on an h4 autopal conversion with ddm tuning hid 5000k kit soonish(sometome after it moves again)
