It's a real simple re[placement process. Go to http://www.castulucci.com/projects/carpc/oemnaviaccess/
Starting from step 4 the second picture, follow from there. This is how to remove old ac unit. To reinstall just follow in reverse.
And yes, I'm willing to sell unusable unit.

You mean to tell me, it's as simple as replacing the control unit to gain "Dual Climate Control"?????
Wouldnt it have to have seperate fans or something? Im confused. My 06 SR5 with the basic AC control, could be swapped out for a dual climate control and everything else is in place to work with it just like a Limited?
Or am I missing something here?

I would think there would be more to it. You would need 2 temp sensors (one for driver, one for passenger), a set of baffles somewhere that would redirect the fan/air to the appropriate vents at the appropriate speed, and the controller. Overall, I don't think it would be a difficult mod, but getting all of the correct pieces could be difficult.
