I've had good luck with both Luminics and Nokya. You can find them on Ebay for around $20/set.

Expensive upgrade but high quality. I made my own on my Jeep and will do the same on my 4runner shortly. I also bought the Super Low Bulbs and they are awesome. I'll also be putting those in my 4runner when I do the wiring upgrade.
