Upper control arm bushings

Need a little help. I just changed my control arm bushing and now in the process of reinstalling the upper arm and torsion bar and realized I did not mark the ride height and was wondering if their was a formula or way of resetting this. Do I lock them in at the lowest or the highest position or some where in the middle? I surf up and down on the net for info and could not find any, can anybody recommend a website? Thank You

What year do you have. There is a formula in the FSM. Almost think that the upper control arms are 90 degrees from the frame but cant rememberfor sure.
