My Urban Runner was hit while parked (no note left).
Good news is that the bodyshop ordered the lower cladding from Totota already painted, had a clear bra company come and put the three inch strip on it, got a paintless dent guy to fix the small crease in the door and was able to polish out the scratches. They are however having an IMPOSSIBLE time getting a replacement tube-step. As you know, the UR package comes with them in black and the dealer keeps sending them gray. I'm sure someone must have purchased the black ones from Toyota as an upgrade to their rig. Does anyone have a part number?
