Urban Runner value?

I'm dying to get back into a 4th gen and have found a 2008 Urban Runner 4x4 here close by. It looks to be in great condition with 150k miles and zero undercarriage rust. What's this thing worth? They're asking $13,500 and I was thinking more along the $12k range. Is that too low of an offer?

Honestly, none of us can give you any advice, just our biases.

There's the Toyota tax. 4Runner Tax. and for this vehicle, Trim tax if the seller is being one of those "I know what I got" types.

Hash it out with the seller .. or find another one.

Look at what's available locally, and use that as a starting point to justify a price.

I paid 13.5k for mine w/ 115k miles perfect condition more or less,no rust, V8, but that was 4 years ago.

Depends on what they are going for in your area, but I would think 12k and no higher.

Based on area (50 miles) comps, he's priced very competitively. I'm going to check it out further and see where he can come down to.

I purchased my 2008 Urban Runner in July 2017. The sticker price was $16k with 116k miles, 5 hours later at the dealership I ended up getting it for about $12.5k. Hope this helps.
