Urgent help on 5th gen calipers needed

The driver side (L) caliper I received matches the spec (F14), however the R caliper has a F14B casting # which according to google is from a 93-98 Land Cruiser. The only visual difference are the two extra threaded holes you can see on the photo. Which are irrelevant to me if there are no other differences.

Should I return it or go ahead and install it.

I don't need to replace the brakes immediately but I have the car on stands already and was going to do it now. It will be a waste of time to pack up now...

Are the brake pads interchangeable when you look up the part numbers? If not I would go get it replaced and not take a chance. Brakes are not something you want to take a chance with.

Also be sure the lube under the brake hardware to slow down rust build up even though its painted.

I measured the pistons with a caliper and the correct one is beefier than the LC one so I am returning that one (~3mm more D and ~0.3mm more wall T and 2mm depth (height??) difference ). It looks like the LC piston size is ~same to the 4th gen 4R piston so the 5th gen 4R piston is bigger by the same amount.

This can stay for future reference if anybody else has the same issue.

These are Beck&Arnley coated remans.

I got a call that they do not have any F14 replacements and will just refund me.

It seems to me that somewhere somebody listed F14B castings as acceptable replacement. Rockauto images seem to be generic. I found equivalent acdelco caliper on ebay - Rockauto image shows F14, the real photo on ebay shows clearly a F14B caliper. Now I am not sure what to order as I'm afraid I will get another batch of F14Bs and they do NOT have the larger pistons like what we expect from 5th gen calipers.

Possibly this should all be merged in the big 5th gen brake thread.
