Use Ridged Fogs inplace of factory lights?

I am wondering about current draw on the fog light system. I know generally LEDs drawl less current than bulbs, I kind of assumed I could just splice the wires and put the rigid lights in place of the factory bulbs and housings and I’d be OK. Does that sound about right? Or should I use the relay harness that comes with the rigid lights

You should be fine wiring it into the stock wires.
Being LEDs they should be well less then the draw on the OEM Fogs. The only issue you might come across, I've had it happen on previous vehicles, you might get a flicker, for me it happened when fogs were off, they would flicker on/off. I dont know exactly the reasoning, it never bothered me enough to dig into it.
