Used oil analysis Toyota 4.7 V8

Check this site out. www.bobistheoilguy.com Under the used oil analysis, you will see that the Toyota 4.7 V8 engine gets some of the best UOA of any car/truck (great engine). Looks like the best oils for our engine is Mobil 1 10w30, German Castrol 0w30 (hard to find) and Amsoil 0w30 (not API donut approved) but I would use the Amsoil when I'm no longer under warranty.

That's one of my favorite websites. I need to find one more quart of GC before my next OCI, I'm curious how this oil will do in the V6.

I think the GC would be great in the V6. Wish I could find some. Where did you find your GC?

The only store that would have it is Autozone. The back of the bottle will say Made in Germany.
