"Used" Toyota Wheels

I'm cheap. Looking to replace my Limited 20" wheels with some other Toyota wheels (say from a Tacoma, FJ, other 4Runner, etc) that are 16" 17" so I can put some stickier tires on without doing a lift (yet).

Are there any wheels I can't use from a Toyota because of fit/compatibility issues?

I have a set of 17 inch Trail wheels for sale if you are anywhere near Los Angeles.

where are you at?

i think a lot of members on here would be willing to help you out (me included depending on the geography of the deal). And there are a lot of members here spread out throughout the US.

if you want a used setup check craigslist or give us a better geographical map dot of where you are and you will be surprised at the PMs that will follow.

just trying to help

I'm in Colorado, and I have been looking at CL for wheels. My question was checking to make sure all the wheels would be compatible. People on CL say they are, but it's not the most reliable source.

I have a new set of 2015 Factory Premium Trail wheels and Brigestone tires with 200 miles on them!....I drove it home from the dealership, then took them off and replaced!........$500.00 and I am in Derby Kansas!

you need a 6x139.7 (AKA 6x5.5) lug pattern. Also try to stay close to or at the current specs of your wheels for that i would see here: Going Bigger - 5th Gen Tire Fitment Guide

width, offset, and backspacing are important things to consider, for that i would see this: Will They Fit? and compare what you want to put on with your current specs and it will visually show you what all the aforementioned words mean when you play with the numbers

be careful as well because you may need different lugnuts depending on the wheel, and with different lugnuts may come a new lug wrench...

Where in CO?

I have a set of FJ wheels that are the same as the 10-13 Trail but in a darker argent color. They have some rock rash but does not affect the function of the wheels.

The wheels are 17x7.5 and will 100% bolt on your T4R.

PM me if you're interested.

I have 4 powdercoated matte black and 1 non-painted Trail wheels. Moderate scratches from wheeling on a couple of them. You'd probably want to touch them up a bit.

I'm in PA, so shipping wouldn't be cheap, but I want these things out of my basement. I'm willing to let them go for dirt cheap. Just name a price (factor in about $350 shipping for all 5, $300 shipping for 4... lol.. other side of the country)

4 wheels cost less than 200 to ship cross country, just FYI.
without tires that is.
I`ve bought 2014 trail wheels with new tires locally for 500.
found them on this site.

I used UPS's shipping estimator thing. Dunno how accurate that is, and I was guessing 35 lbs per wheel

I shipped my four pristine 2015 TE wheels to a member here in Ohio for $75 if I remember correctly.

Granted, I have a FedEx corporate rate account but you should be able to ship across the country w/o the corporate discount for about $125 approx.

Have you looked at the TRD wheels Winchy Woman? IMO much nicer than stock wheels and when you throw in shipping you can put yourself on a set for a reasonable price. See my photo gallery for before/after.

2009 Limited Wheels on 5th Gen

I have a set of 2009 (4th Gen) limited wheels on a 5th Gen Limited - no issues whatsoever.

Much prefer these 18s to the stock 20s...

My '16 Trail wheels/tires are currently listed, 2 miles on them, in west Denver area. You can trust some people on CL... ;)
