Using oil but can't find source

My t4r v6 sr5 4wd uses about 1 qt of oil every 5k oil change. 5.5 goes in 4.5 comes out. Nothing is out of place. I am a bit of an agressive driver. I have 190k on the clock. I use Mobil 1 5w30 and toyota brand oil filters. There is some oil left in these filters. That accounts for some of the oil but surely not a whole quart.

Thoughts?

Not a big deal if you've got a heavy foot and high miles. You can try different brand of oil maybe it'll have a slight improvement in consumption..... or might even get worse.
I'd really worry if it was burning 1 qt per 1000 miles.

I'm at about 185K miles and it burns about 1/4 of a qt or less per 6000 miles.

Your mind would be blown if you posted/researched this on Bobistheoilguy.com with opinions

2 things I would try:
- Change oil brand
or
- Change to a HM formula
