holy hell! any of yall ever gone to uwharrie park in NC... I've never experienced anything like that.... it was showering all day, muddy clay mess...we took my brothers stock wrangler...i thought i was goint to die a few times ha...
has anyone brought a runner there b4?
trails are VERY tight, so i'm kinda reluctant to bring my runner... my only mods are s/c and TRD single pipe exhaust and some nice ass tires....very pretty truck and i don't wanna end up bangin it into trees all day...i'm pretty experienced driving off road in all conditions, but am worried about the 4runners size in the uwharrie trails.
input?

my wife and i took our '93 4runner there and had a blast. our truck was bone stock, with the exception of a detroit locker in the rear end.

we did not do any damage to the truck, and took it pretty much everywhere. there was one hill where every stock wrangler (non rubi) had to be towed up (there was a huge jeep crowd when we went). our runner made it look easy - a guy at the top commented that toyota should have taped it for use in a toyota commercial.

as you know, uwharrie has a lot of rocks. how we escaped without banging up our running boards is a mystery to me.
