V-LEDs contact information?

Anyone have a contact email for them. I used the email provided and have heard nothing back. I ordered some lights from them and when they showed up, almost none of them worked.

Sorry to hear that. I've ordered from V-LEDS before without any problems. Have you tried rotating the LEDS 180 degrees in the socket as often LEDS will only work in one position. V-LEDS website states that if you use Comcast.net or Yahoo.com they may not get your Email. Also from the website.

Try flipping the LED bulbs around, sometimes they only work 1 way
