I'm looking to put a little "growl" in my exhaust and this sounds pretty good! My only concern is that I definitely don't want a lot of noise/drone at highway speeds... how does it sound at 65-mph cruising? Would it be possible for you to shoot a video (with the camera on the flip out center console or somewhere) so we can here what cruising at highway speeds sounds like? I've searched YouTube and didn't find one like that.

Sure! I can try to do that from the cabin, it obviously won't capture all the noise from the cabin. IMO it sounds much better in the cabin, for the camera doesn't pick up all the notes. But I can hear a very small hint of rumble between 1K-3K RPMS. but as soon as i drop the hammer thats when I can hear her scream. I love it bc its not noticeable until WOT. Some like loud all around. I like loud when I want it to be loud.

Sounds like this might be what I'm looking for! And for the price right now, it's about the same cost as trying to piece together my own custom set-up... muffler, tailpipe, and labor.

Not to sway you one way or another, but have you considered just getting a Magnaflow muffler and having a shop bend the tailpipe for a side exit? I have one of the quieter Magnaflow (22") that I got off eBay for $70 shipped and then had it installed/side exit for $40. Full exhaust won't give you that many extra ponies so if sound is what you are after then just go for a muffler. Regardless, I recommend you side exit that bad boy to help out with the sulfur smell. I haven't smelled mine since.
The Gibson is nice and like I said a great price...you just have other options

Yup... I've been thinking about going the "custom" route, but have been unsure of which muffler to choose. My plan is to remove the rear resonator and route the exhaust out the side and see what that sounds like. Then, if I want a little more noise, I was thinking about swapping out the muffler, but have no idea which to choose. Magnaflow, Flowmaster 50-series, Borla, etc? I definitely don't want a raspy-tinny sound... just a little extra volume that sound throaty. The Gibson seems close, but it's so difficult to judge the sound on videos. A friend of mine put a Flowmaster 50-series on his V6 truck that has no cats on it and it's still pretty loud, but a lot more "tuned" than the previous 2-chamber Flowmaster was! I know that the cats should quiet it down a bit, but it's hard to tell.

i've heard great things about the flowmaster 40 series. I had a flow master 50 series on my Nissan Frontier, which is also a 4.0 V6, it's just tuned for a little higher RPM. I wasn't crazy about it, as it did sound a little awkward/tryhard in certain conditions...

This system for those that don't know is still one of the best for the price. Very reasonable and bump your gas mileage up and a good, girthy/beefy sound.
