I apologize, that was as flashy a title as I could think of. Just wondering with gas prices going down so much, has your foot become a little quicker, or are your gas saving light pedal tactics permanent?

Me, personally, I see myself hitting 75 on the freeway these days. When gas was a $1 plus higher some weeks ago, I'd cruise 55-60.

I am driving the pretty much the same. What is different is my idling habits. At peak prices I wouldn't idle and finish a phone call, I'd sweat or hang-up. Now I am back to idling with more regularity...

Not much change for me. If anything, a little more spirited more often than before. Maybe because I only drive on the weekends now. When gas was at its all time high, I drove less, but driving style didn't change much.

It's still killer price on the gas over here. :'(
But it's okay. I'm just drivin' on the colt these days, 'runner still in the garage gettin' ready for the winter!
Hope the gas will go abit down at that time.

My speeding habits have more to do with avoiding speeding tickets than paying for gas, since tickets will be much more expensive than $5 gas, considering the increased insurance costs, the price of the ticket, etc...

When I was getting about 11mpg with my 03 Sorento I just was not doing a lot of non real important driving. Now I am getting about 15mpg with the new 4Runner I am doing a lot more driving.

How fast or slow I drive has never been the deal maker, around these parts you just have to stay with the other drivers to keep from being run over.:
