V6 Towing Package

I searched and didn;t find my answer. As background I had a 3rd gen for 14 years and replaced radiator for preventative purposes at 90K. I am looking for a 4th gen to tow something like 2500 pounds but cannot find what towing packages were available. The V8 comes with hitch and external cooler. On my 2001 the package was just hitch and wiring. On a 4th gen with V6 what do you get with a tow package? I know you get hitch and wiring but do you get an external cooler for transmission. On a related note - this means the standard cooler is part of the radiator but this model does not seem to have the strawberry milkshake issue. What did they improve to avoid that if the cooler is still integrated?

While I don't have the exact answer to what a tow package for a 4th gen. entails, I will say that I added a transmission cooler to my 4th gen. sport V6 and it an extremely easy thing to add in.

Mine came with receiver hitch (not weight dist.) but no trans cooler.
Hitch made a nice doorstop.

My ball hitch makes for a nice rear end deterrent and hole maker when someone rides my arse too closely.
