V8 vs V6

I'm looking to buy a new 4-runner. I am thinking V8 but is it worth it over the 6? I don't tow all that much but I am a fan of power and I do plan on taking it off road.

I have a 2005 V8 Love it to death. You can not go wrong with either engine, but V8 is sweet you test drive and go from there. Happy riding...........
