Im looking for a Vacuum Hoses & Fuel Hoses Source. It seem the sizes at autozone etc are too loose. The replacements from toyota are priced super high.
What are sizes used? Sources with links will be appreciated.

I just went through this. Some hoses can be replaced with generic hoses, and if you're on a budget, that's the way to go.

I tried doing that in a few spots, and it looked horrible. Most Toyota hoses are preformed, and generic hoses won't have that shape. And to make things worse, many of them are different diameters on the two ends.

I just ordered about 15 OEM hoses from Amayama. Some are dirt cheap (at least in my book), under $5 each. A couple were pushing $20 each, one was $40. I grimaced, then hit the "Buy" button - buy once cry once. Overall it was about $200-300 bucks - not chump change, but worth it (to me) to keep it looking good.

But I'm the wrong guy to ask if cost is an issue, I'm about to take a bunch of bolts and brackets to a plating shop to have replated.

I ordered the silicone kit and then replaced everything with OEM for both our 3.4L v6s. The 3.5mm Toyota part #90999-92008 is approx 102" which was enough to replace all the small 3.5mm hose under the hood of 2 T4R's.
92008 is approx 102"
92006 = 51"
92007 = 64"
92004 = 37"
92003 = 23.5"
92002 = 12"

You can find it at any Toyo stealership, or yotashop.com, absolute-wits-end.com just to name a couple of reliable vendors and for metric ethanol fuel safe hose related hose try Belmetric.com

This is the way to go. I bought one of these OEM bulk kits and the hose quality was excellent. Just pull off the hoses you want to replace one at a time, cut to length, and pop it on.

Used the Silicone Boost/Vacuum Hose Engine Dress Up Kit mentioned above a couple of years ago to replace my rubber vacuum lines. No need to get the small preformed ones from Toyota as these have thick walls and are flexible enough to bend without constricting. Works great and still a nice glossy black. Highly recommended.

Which size does the 4wd system use for the vacuum tubing? Mine is looking rough.

Do the silicone hoses handle engine oil well, my 4runner leaks a lot
