Valley Roof Rack

I'm looking at a Valley Roof rack, can get it for $125. 39" x 45" x 4" deep.
Anyone have any feedback about this rack, or even heard of it?

I have one with the center extension...

Valley industries is known for there towing products and there is a similar company called BlackWidow that produces the identical rack or just re-brands it.

It's a good rack for the price...i've had it for 3yrs now and has survived offroad abuse..
