Value of a new/unused TRD factory 3.4 supercharger?

Hey, Ive been curious about what a Toyota 3.4 TRD supercharger could be worth, NEW unused with all the parts and box it was shipped in ? Ive had about 3 years , bought from a guy that went LS1 instead. I have plans for it but since it is no longer made. Does this have more value than the magnuson to some one ? If not, I going to buy another 4runner with lower miles and install it, thinking 2wd!! I think its pricelesssss Thanks..

I assume it has all of the parts as well as it's the black 2nd gen version? I know new they go for around $3-3,200 range. There may be some person out there who would pay a premium for the TRD version, but being they are the exact same thing, I think that would be a long search.

Like anything, it's worth what someone is willing to pay. Since they are available again, I'd say somewhere in the $2,500-3,000 would be reasonable. But you may have to wait a bit to find a sale. If you're looking to move it faster, obviously a lower price helps. I vote you keep it and put it on!

Well that is about a perfect answer as could be expected, thanks. . EXCEPT ill have to look up " they are available again"?? Hadn't heard that! I do not wanna sell. And I posted pics in "my garage" . WHAT about putting on a 5speed 230000 miles? I wanna do the LS! to it some day. I dont think i can harm the s/c?

Just to clarify, I mean that the Magnuson SC is available again.

Right... That I knew.. But that is the question, in a different place and time I would pay up for the real deal if I was doing a build.. It is the 2nd gen black charger with all the parts sealed up.

For sure. I may actually feel the other way knowing that the non-TRD versions are newer.

If you live in a place where you need a CARB sticker, that's what would make it worth more. That's about it though...
